Online Check-In
The day before your departure, you’ll receive an email from the hotel inviting you to check in online. We recommend completing your online check-in before arrival to enjoy a smoother start to your holiday.
Check-in time: 15:00
Your holiday starts the moment you arrive. While your room is available from 15:00, you’re welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities, relax by the pool, or grab a bite to eat. As soon as your room is ready, we’ll email you your key code so you can create your key card at the self-service station in the reception.
When you arrive, simply use the key code from the email you’ll receive on your arrival day to create your key card at the self-service station in the reception. You’re also welcome to visit the reception if you need any assistance.
