Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Be a star for a night! In this activity teenagers have the chance to perform an act of their own choice. This is the first out of two mandatory rehearsals. Please come prepared with an act, the showteam will help you rehearse and develop your idea. Pyjamas Night is a cosy evening where children can unwind with gentle activities, storytime, and a relaxing movie together with our activity team. Children are welcome to bring their pyjamas and favourite cuddly toy to make the evening extra special. Our competent activity team will take care of the children. Pizza and light refreshments will be served during the activity. You can book one or more hours: 17:30-18:30, 17:30-19:30 and/or 17:30-20:30. Each hour costs 9 euros per child.

Music! What is music? Well, music is sound! And who can make fun sounds out of everything around them better than Lollo & Bernie? They end up forming a whole band (a whole orchestra)! All you need is a pinch of imagination!
