At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Running class in the local area, focused on community, movement, and exploring the surroundings of the hotel. You don’t need to be an experienced runner—just come along for a fun, relaxed run with no pressure.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Pyjamas Night is a cosy evening where children can unwind with gentle activities, storytime, and a relaxing movie together with our activity team. Children are welcome to bring their pyjamas and favourite cuddly toy to make the evening extra special. Our competent activity team will take care of the children. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. You can book one or more hours: 17:30-18:30, 18:30-19:30 and/or 19:30-20:30. Each hour costs 9 euros per child, and during the first hour we serve pizza.

When the best friend is a little sad, Lollo & Bernie throw a surprise party! And you're invited! But remember, don't tell anyone. It's a secret!
