At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Activate your body during your holiday in our outdoor gym. Practice everything from balance to strength. Ask Help Desk to borrow Fitness Studio equipment.

Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, listen to music, play games, create princes & princesses and join our fun activities.

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice. Show up 5 min before class starts. At this class teens are welcome to participate. Make one booking per participant.
